Airbrushing – even in times of COVID-19

The airbrush industry is also not immune to the measures to contain the corona virus. Trade fairs and shows like Creativa in Dortmund or Wonderworld of Airbrush in Rosmalen/NL have been postponed or cancelled. Specialist shops will have to close and airbrush courses in particular are currently not allowed. But especially for those who are at home a lot at the moment, the occupation with the airbrush technique is ideal.

Artists will also continue to be available to you for commissioned work. Commissions can be coordinated by e-mail and telephone. Provided that the recommended precautions and hygiene measures are observed, the handover of painted objects or objects to be painted can also be carried out without any problems. Instead of an airbrush course, specialist books or journals currently offer initial orientation and assistance with airbrushing. Youtube videos can also be helpful – make sure that the videos are from experienced and qualified artists. Unfortunately there is also a lot of misinformation and dilettantish things to see in the videos.
